I have been blessed to have known Raj Avtar for a while now and our meetings always leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. As a kundalini instructor she is an understanding and motivating force with the added ability to sense the ambience of the class and produce live music, for example a cleansing of the room with the vibrations of a gong. I find her classes to be both challenging and enjoyable. The new studio is fantastic too!
I had the opportunity to attend a Kundalini yoga class with Raj Avtar Kaur and I must say that it was one of most delightful and intense experiences I ever had. The environment she creates is calm, filled with positive energy that allows you to be focused, which is ideal for such a practice. Her teaching approach is caring, clear, filled with intent to share her knowledge of Kundalini while allowing you to feel its benefits throughout the class. After the class I felt energized, fully in the present like never before.

J'ai eu la chance de découvrir le Raj Avtar studio et les cours de Kundalini de Laure et je les recommande vivement! Un rdv hebdomadaire qui m'apporte beaucoup - Laure a une grande maitrise de sa pratique, elle y apporte beaucoup de finesse et de subtilité, ses cours sont très bien documentés, les bains de gong font un bien fou!
Laure a été d'une écoute et d'une justesse rare lors de nos échanges en séance de coaching. Elle m'a aidé à mettre le doigts sur des points clés et à évoluer autant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. Un grand merci à toi pour la qualité de ton accompagnement.

Je recommande vivement. Laure est douce, patiente, genereuse et bienveillante. J’ai également eu la chance de découvrir le yoga Kundalini qui a beaucoup resonné en moi.
