If you need a great & friendly guitar tech in Paris, go see Rezzah. First time I was passing through he answered my questions honestly and quickly despite being busy with other projects, second time he repaired a rather urgent problem in record-time and he couldn’t have been friendlier! (Don’t worry his workshop is much more professional than my AirBnB)

Beautiful store. Nice selection in a beautiful little spot in Paris. It felt relaxed here, where you could spend your time finding just the right guitar or musical instrument.

You can't get a refund here, well ok it's fine. But no responses for my inquiry for 2 months..? that was kind of rude. Furthermore, so I went back to the store, they made mistake with the price of the amount for the voucher i had. (it was 99 euros voucher and they claimed that it was 49 euros what the hell, I was very upset -because it wasn't a first time- and they finally admitted their mistake but I really felt bad towards their attitude) No recommendation for musicians.

Took my acoustic guitar there to be fixed and they did a great job. I've been there a few times to test guitars too and the staff are always helpful.

I was really disappointed with my experience here after reading all the great reviews. The first time I visited, I went to the guitar section and waited about 20 Minutes, but no one seemed available to help, so I left. They seemed more interested in talking to each other, so I left to come back another time. The second time I waited at least 10-15 minutes again for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then when I went over to ask for help I was told I had to wait for another guy and when he finally came, he seemed like I was the last person he wanted to deal with. I have wanted to buy a ukulele for so long and wanted do discuss my options, instead he was just like, this one is a good one for a beginner just buy this one. The only time he seemed remotely happy was when I was paying and leaving. This experience was made even more frustrating when I saw one of his colleagues with another customer, being super helpful and kind going through lots of different guitars. I don't know what the reason was this guy was so disinterested, but I left the store disappointed and feeling like maybe they are only interested when you are going to spend a lot of money. Not sure I'll be back again.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I've been here multiple times and every one has been an enjoyable experience. I've received discounts and freebies for no other reason than because they felt generous (even the first time I went there). It's extremely rare to find such a high standard of customer service anywhere, but especially in paris. I'd give six out of five stars if possible.
