When I arrived at the airport, I tried to check in as indicated to find my driver. However it didn’t work and said they couldn’t find my booking. Then I called their tour operator for 7 times and have been waiting at the airport for an hour, but no one has ever answered my call. This is the worst customer experience ever. Will never book again

We were having difficulties finding a reliable airport shuttle in Paris, but Paris Shuttle responded immediately to our request on WhatsApp and had a driver booked within the hour. The driver arrived on time and messaged us when he got there so we weren’t waiting in the cold. He was very professional, the car was immaculate and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get the airport especially if it is an early flight.
This shuttle service was great! On time and speedy. I highly recommend them and will definitely use again. Very friendly - great easy and fast communication. Will definitely use again.

Le doy una estrella xq no hay menos. Me parece una vergüenza, 1hora de espera en el aeropuerto y otra hora de espera en el hotel, con un niño pequeño y lo q significa eso. Espero no nos hagan perder el avión.... No lo recomiendo de ninguna de las maneras.
