We’ve had hundreds of massages, but Nicola gave us the best deep tissue massages we have ever had. We are athletes, and without conversation, he found and worked every one of our sore spots with excellent pressure and amazing skill. We ended up seeing him twice during our week in Paris. Also, Valérie at reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. In addition, the team gave us very good recommendations for shopping, food and gifts to take home. Highly recommended!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Massage Concepts for two reasons - read both for an understanding of why. First, I made an appointment for my wife (not me) and she was pleased with her massage - one of the best. Secondly, upon entering the shop I discovered I had left my iPhone in the Uber ride and had no way of contacting Uber to get it back. NOT TO WORRY the staff told me together 4 members of the staff devoted the next hour to getting my phone back. It was no easy task (Uber has no listed phone number on the internet). The staff was not deterred. They spent time and money (Uber charged a fee to talk to them once the staff found a number) They did not stop until my iPhone was returned to me within the hour. This speaks of the quality of service you will find from their dedicated staff. As tourist in the city they treated us like royalty and I observed the same treatment extended to other customers in that hour. If stars were awarded like restaurants then Massage Concepts would earn five based in my wife’s massage and their dedication to a visitor to Paris!!!
