Three months after my order and countless attempts to contact them and get some information. I finally got (most of )my money back in a refund. Not only did they sell me something they didn't have in stock without informing me about it in the first place. The also waited two weeks before finally answering my questions and informing me about it. After two months of waiting and almost no information. I ask for a refund. It took almost another month to refund me. Next to ignoring you they also lie about having paid the refund when clearly they haven't. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I bought two threads (Fil de Lin - Au Chinois) black and brown, on February 17, 2019. When the order arrived in the box it had only brown and nothing described. I bought the brown thread just to enjoy the delivery, because my interest was black. On the site of the store had the black color available, but did not come in my order. I sent an email, because nobody told me anything about what happened. Long days to get an answer that the black thread did not have. How so? They send the request incomplete, do not communicate beforehand about the fact and, they do not say anything after sending the request incomplete. It was days of trying, emails without answers. They told me that they were going to send another one, I did not want another brand, because I bought in another store, much cheaper than in them. They told me they were going to send it. They reimbursed the difference. I kept waiting for days and days, and nothing appeared in my house. I asked for a tracking number, they gave me a number that did not exist, neither in the post office in France, nor in my country. I emailed to try to identify where my product was, and timely responses. Told me they would check and never checked anything !!! I wrote again, and they said they would send it a second time, but they never gave me the tracking number that existed. For almost two months, on April 3, 2019, I write wanting to know and, they told me that they could not send the product 3 times. But how? If they never sent, they never gave the tracking number ??? Then I suggested that they give me back my money. Lucky that I had paid for Paypal. This store I give ZERO.Nao recommend to anyone. If you want to waste your time and money then buy it. This is the worst online store I have ever seen. Poor service, poor communication.
Dans l'attente d'une commande de deux livres en date du 27 nov. Difficilement joignable sur leur tel. Apres plusieurs messages sur leur page toujours sans réponse. Je pense que cette enseigne était plus sérieuse
Site bien fait mais un suivi calamiteux, limite malhonnête, je déconseille fortement cette entreprise

Je suis allée dans cette boutique, mon commentaire porte uniquement sur la vente sur place. Une femme m'a conseillée sans compter son temps (un samedi ) et a répondu à toutes mes interrogations. J'ai trouvé mon bonheur. Encore merci.
