Helpful, friendly and caring staff made this visit one of the best I've had in Paris. My French is terrible and they were more than willing to speak English with a smile on their face. First and foremost these aren't toys. They are museum quality figures. The likes of which I've never seen matched elsewhere. They showed me anything that I asked to see and were very patient while I searched for the item that I really wanted. Ended up buying five pieces from them and will be in contact with them soon to ship some more to America so I can complete my battle of Waterloo. Helen is a sweetheart and Anne is so much fun to talk to. This ship should be proud to have such great employees.

What a wonderdul store (read: museum). The store has been open since 1949. Great collection... amazing. Very good assistant and very friendly. Love every minute of being there.
The absolute largest and best collection of painter figures I have ever seen. I saw the store on the outside on a previous trip, but they were closed. I marked it on my maps to visit again and two years later, I was able to take a look inside. It is unbelievable. They have flat as well as 3D figures and they have just about every genre you can think of, from knights and soldiers throughout history, to fantasy and fairy tales, to historic events. If you like paired figures this is THE place to go. One last note, since they create and paint the figures themselves, they are going to help repair a piece I had bought but got damaged. I'm so excited!
Don't miss this incredible hidden shop right next to the gardens of Palais Royal where their welcome was delightful, they were full of help with finding me an original figurine as a wedding gift that they customed especially for me! Beside that they are gifted craftsmen recognised by the label \artisanat d'art\, and were keen on discussing their work! Thanks again to you both!
Every year I visit this shop all the way from Australia. I buy some figurines every time I visit the shop. The quality of the figurines is incomparable. Lovely staff. They are very friendly and helpful. This is a must visit destination if you visit Paris. Thank you for looking after your fans :)
