The best, literally the best foie gras I've ever tried! For the starter, we ate foie gras de canard fermier mi-cuit with the fig chutney and toasted bread. It was like a dream! Food is amazing and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. This is an adorable, real traditional french restaurant. Everything is typically french, from the interior to the menu and wine card. It was our last dinner before leaving Paris and we were so sorry we didn't know about that place before. Prices are more than reasonable, I would say even lower than in some Parisian restaurants where the food was not as good as here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Paris and we will come again for sure.

Fantastic cuisine and very attentive staff! Really enjoyed our foie gras and duck! Highly recommended place.
Great service, the waitress is attentive and provided good recommendation for our wine. My wife ordered the duck breast and it was delicious. I ordered duck leg but was not as tasty. The pan fried foie grais is delicious. The resturant setting is nice and cosy.
The dégustation menu for foie gras is a must !!! The rest is ok - Margret is good but the confit de canard is too dry!
I died and went to heaven. They were extremely accommodating to us as a walk in couple with a 7 month old baby. The servers were very friendly and entertained our little one when he started to get fussy. We ordered the poached egg, warm foie gras with scallops, and the duck breast. Everything came out perfectly timed. The poached egg was one of the BEST meals I had in Paris and I can not forget the first bite of foie gras. We had an unforgettable experience here. I would definitely suggest this restaurant... I will definitely be coming back to Paris just to eat here.
As the name says \one upon a goose in the south west\ it's a restaurant that focuses on South West French cooking. Their speciality is foie gras and a special dessert made from brioche. I would come here just for those two things alone :-) I was invited here by a customer and they were very accommodating when we arrived. It also helps when you have a Parisian with you :-) the menu is in a board and they have a small selection of starters and mains. We shared a foie gras tasting menu accompanied by a fantastic Margaux wine. First time I have had red wine with foie gras. My main was a rack of lamb and it was also cooked to perfection. The Babaarmagnac for dessert was a thick slice of self made brioche with an Armagnac syrup and Armagnac poured through it at the table. It was heavenly and if you like Armagnac you will love this dessert :-) Excellent service and friendly atmosphere with outdoor seating made this a perfect evening. They even have a valet parking guy, a rarity in Paris, if you happen to drive here. Well worth a detour for amazing south west French cooking. Be prepared for the calories ;-)
Perfect hotel. Very clean, beautifully decorated, helpfull staff, good breakfast and reasonable prices
Wonderful. Pro tip: Foie Gras with fig, Duck Leg with Jus & French toast - this simple menu was one of the most satisfying I can remember. Charming staff, friendly, cosy place. I'll be a regular.
