The ONLY reason I came to this hospital was because of the amazing back surgeon Dr. Brice Edouard. He and the surgical team get 10 out of 10! HOWEVER, the hospital itself is TERRIBLE in every way possible ! I have it 1 star simply because it was clean. However , it’s the worst hospital I have ever been in. The most shocking part was that after having major Back surgery , when you are ready to be released , nobody comes to help you when you are not allowed to lift anything. And just as bad , they do not take you put in a wheelchair for precautions. For a single room of over 400 euros a night , you are not allowed a second pillow ! Only one ! And only 2 small bottles of water a day. I was very lucky to have the 1 fantastic nurse on call when I had a bad reaction to A medication post op ( my 2nd operation in a week ). Who came immediately and I’m here today thanks to her. That night , it took the night Nurse 40 minutes to come to my room . If it had been urgent like it was earlier in the day , I would not be here to write about it I wrote 5 pages of commentaries because I was so angry. The American hospital of paris is less than half the cost and 10 times the care. The ONLY reason I would go back ( which I had to for a second surgery due to a complication ) is because of the amazingly incredible , competent , caring and fabulous Dr. Brice EDOUARD. And the 2 Nd anesthesiologist who was great too and actually listened to his patients. If there is a fantastic surgeon you are going there for , then do it. But otherwise , the hospital itself is both terrible and expensive. .

I choose this clinic because of my doctor. It urgently needs a refreshment as everthing seems to fall down. Not even public hospitals rooms are in that conditions. However, I have to say I know you count we the lasted equiment in the block. Concerning the staff... well not caring? This a a machine and we are not patients but “bagets”. You cook them and then next! So I woundnt reccomend this clinic

Bonjour, Passage à la clinique pour un score calcique, donc service de radiologie : ponctualité et grande amabilité du personnel d'accueil, rien à redire de ce côté. En revanche l'amabilité de l'opératrice aux commandes de la machine, Dr Billard , est égale au compte-rendu de l'examen : inexistante. Généralement une explication de l'examen par le docteur permet de comprendre le résultat de ce qu'on vient de subir, pas dans mon cas ! Mais pas d'oubli pour le règlement, visiblement plus important que le compte-rendu au patient . Il doit exister d'autres établissements, ou d'autres praticiens, plus humains . La prochaine fois j'insisterai pour savoir si j'ai déjà un pied dans la tombe.....avant de sortir ma CB .

Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir fait en sorte que cette opération me soit la moins désagréable possible. On est bien accueilli, le personnel est professionnel et très agréable. Je n'ai aucun reproche à faire (à part peut être la nourriture qui n'est pas toujours des plus savoureuse ! :D )
