Nice place for BBQ American style. Decent cooking and decoration with beer selection. I’d love to have more selection in the menu though. Quite cozy and I’d recommend to book a table before arriving. We were lucky to arrive a few minutes before the opening time (7.30pm) só manage to get a table. 15m after we settled, no table left. I guess it’s not common to find American BBQ in Paris, the heart of the nation that take pride in their food (and win)

Fantastic food. My fiancée and I shared the XL mixed grill and it was amazing, we've never seen ribs with so much meat on them! Also had the fries and Mac 'n' cheese as sides and both were equally good! Would definitely recommend to anyone that loves meat!

I had passed Flesh on my way to another restaurant and made a note to stop back by for dinner. To be fair, I didn't look at the menu before I went, I knew however they did BBQ and that was enough to get me in. Overall the food was very tasty, however for a BBQ restaurant I would have loved pork and/or brisket to be on the menu. Staff were very fast in responding to any request. Prices were however expensive.

Was able to phone and reserve for 4 people in short time (Thursday). Specially was able to sepak in English, they also had the menu in English. Food was good, we really liked the spare ribs. They are delicious.

The atmosphere is nice, staff is very attentive. The food is very tasty ans flavorful. I liked the side dishes, the french fries with garlic and the polenta with mushrooms are amazing. The angus short ribs were slightly dry, but very tasty.
