Host lady is very kind and welcoming you with a smile. Food is just so good and tasty! Prices are reasonable and both restaurant and piazza set up are enjoyable. Staff is disciplined on the sanitary steps! Grazie a tutti

Not a lot of options if you are vegan in the central food court. I took the only vegan things on the menu. The salad only had olive oil on it, the potatoes were undercooked but the grilled vegetables were OK. No vegan desserts available. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Took them forever to bring us the menu, and then again forever to take our order. The food came out quickly. Tasted good. They got the orders wrong for 2 tables around us... This was sorted quickly by the kitchen and new plates were served in no time.
Slow service, big waiting and really not worthy. Food not at the same level as other Italian restaurants. The pizza is good, but all the pasta we ate were not so good. Dessert looks like factory made and not tasty and poorly served (look at the ice cream photo). Big deception as I have been at Eataly in Brazil and it was much better and with greater pasta variety. I was really expecting much more and I do hope it gets better with the time. Food prices were ok and the store for shopping has some beautiful things but at high price.

Good food, nice people, charming place.
The place had friendly staff and a busy atmosphere. Everywhere was clean and well presented. The food was lovely, everything was well cooked, well seasoned and presented in a decent manner. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a smart-casual dinner with friends. The downside was the waiting time to be seated, despite us waiting when they aren't too busy.
Went there to have a look at the shop and ended up eating at the restaurant downstairs. The place is very nice, and food very good for a quick bite. We tried the truffle pasta which were delicious, the pomodoro gnocchi, a simple salad and the stratciatella which tomatoes. All in all, it was very good, fresh and tasty, far better than some Italian restaurants you can find in the area. Service was ok when we were there, but it was not busy.
