Although I eventually found a less expensive property that didn't require me to get a mortgage, I started the process with Amaury and found him extremely professional and knowledgeable. My case was unusual and I had had little joy with my french bank. He very quickly identified some options for me and showed it would be possible for me to get a mortgage to meet my needs. As an older American in France I was in search of a pret relais or bridge loan to buy an apartment while my home was being sold. French banks were not at all interested owing to my age and nationality. When I contacted Bluesky finance I was warmly welcomed and a proposal was immediately sent to me after I supplied my financial information. As it happened, we never actually contracted with Blusky as we decided not to buy the apartment. But I would highly recommend their services if you find yourself in a similar situation to that described.
