Very good service, good food (Alsatian- i would call it German). The owner is very friendly and made us feel welcome. The tarte is very popular and a good deal. Its basically a pizza with a pastry crust- super light and flaky.

Delicious Alsacien food. The gentleman who works there makes it home for the visitors. His charming personality is reflected everywhere: you will see customers serving themselves, joking with him and overall spending good time. If you happen to be in Paris and looking for Alsacien food in a home-like environment, Au Bretzel is where you should go.

Old school Alsatian restaurant. The decor is definitely not Philip Stark but makes it all the more charming. Excellent choucroutte and good selection of Alsatian wines.

Clearly not the best Flammenkuchen... A bit disappointed by the quality of the food. I used to live in Alsace so i had high expectations. Price was okay though. And dessert was good.

Simply luv it. I was looking for a place where I could taste a traditional Alsacien Choucroute. Several restaurants came out but most of them were those large pricey and noisy tourist factories but one, this one. Tasty and fresh dishes, efficient friendly service in a weinstube like decor, I was agreably impressed and we really enjoyed our diner. A Choucroute is around 25 for a large portion (you'd better be ravenous) but I'd also recommend the creamy flammekushe spéciale 12. Booking is highly recommended.

Love the service!! The owner explained everything about making the best choucroute. Great food and great wine. This is the place to go for authentic choucroute. Not fancy just good food that is what it is all about.
