This was such a great experience and highlight of my trip to Paris! What is better than cooking like a local? Well, cooking like a local and having a lot of fun. We spent two hours with our instructor Eduardo Making choux and not only we left with new skills, satisfied taste buds and great memories but we also made new friends! Definitely coming back for more next time!
Had great fun learning how to make chouquette. It was a great change of pace from the day to day. I also want to show my coworkers as it could be fun to do as a team exercise.
It's much more than a simple french baking course! We had a great time, learning about baking, about France and even some history! I'm surprise of the results of my own baking, of course it was thanks to the great teacher! Thanks a lot!!! we will definitely try a new experience with Aten-Te Aute.
I received this 1.5 hr. class as a gift from my son and daughter-in-law, who joined my husband and me. Carlos checked in w/ us shortly before the class was to begin. There were only the four of us in the zoom class, which added to the experience. We had gotten the ingredients list in advance so everything was pre-measured for time efficiency. Carlos was friendly and pleasant, engaging each of us in the process of making these light and tasty puff pastries. The communication was easy and informal, the pastries quick and easy to make. It was a delightful experience with a yummy treat at the end. I highly recommend this class with Carlos!
