This is my fourth purchase from ABP Paris and as usual the delivery was prompt. Had a slight issue with incorrect size (my fault!) but this was not a problem to Damien who acted quickly and resolved without hesitation. Love this company, I will be back again.

I placed an order for a custom watch band for my Grand Seiko and I made a mistake in my length calculation. Damien responded to my emails in a timely response (Paris, France to Denver, Colorado) and assured me all was taken care off. Received my strap yesterday and the fit is precise and perfect. The leather and craftsmanship are superb. I will definitely keep ordering my straps from ABP Concept. Great product and great customer service!
Ordered a 260 strap back in 03 Dec 2020. It is now 22 Jan 2021 & I still haven't received it yet. Contacted ABP regarding this and have had no resolution as of yet. They seem to be unconcerned with providing decent customer service. Very disappointed & will be taking steps to recover my money.
I ordered a custom strap for my vintage Rolex Thunderbird and I am beyond thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship. Every detail can be customized including lining, stitching, thickness, etc with a plethora of options. I chose the brushed calf as I wanted a more vintage, lived in look. I know this strap will just get better with age. I will definitely be ordering again!

My first ABP strap, and it is fantastic! I love the rubberized calf, it looks and feels amazing. Delivery was super quick, especially considering these tricky times. The custom strap \wizard\ was easy to use and the strap fits perfectly. Thank you all at ABP Update (August 2020): Just received another custom ABP strap. This was to replace the slightly boring one on my Chopard. We've managed to pretty much match the orange and grey on the dial and the final combination looks fantastic. Definitely breathed new life to my trusty Time Traveller. Thanks to Damien and all at ABP
A true quality firm, and a fantastic watch strap. I can’t recommend enough. And will be coming back to have more straps made. I’m sure once the word gets out ABP straps will become very famous!
