Well what I can say about this awesome restaurant in the Quartier Latin. First there is sand at the floor, it makes some kind of atmosphere. The waitress introduce you to the menu, she is super kind and explains everything. The meat is simply delicious and perfectly cooked, furthermore the side dishes are very researched and full of taste. The choice of the wine is so hard, because there is plenty of choice, but also there the waitress drives you to the good one. In the end the price is not so expensive and perfectly fair. I strongly suggest going in this place.

Italians here. We spent a wonderful night at Atelier Carnem. We ate a delicious Côte de boeuf Rubia de Galicia Maturée 30 jours and good red wine. They have a very rich cave underground. The steak is not cheap but it's worth it. Try it! I was surprised about the other reviews here, but if you check on TheFork or TripAdvisor you'll find that this restaurant has 9.4/10.

Very good meat. And the waitress patiently explained different wine to go with the steak. And the restaurant itself is cozy, not intimating.

Unsure of the waiters name but he was very good at explaining the menu in English (apologies from us for our lack of French!); then on top of that the food was amazing. We asked for recommendations of steak based on preference, and we were not disappointed! Perfectly cooked steaks on the open fire.
