Great selection of products but NO respect for social distancing. At the store entrance, there was a sign indicating the maximum capacity. Inside there were easily 3 times that number.

The store is amazing. It's like a candy store for adult . I would advise you to go through the website first and take a look so that you have an idea of what you want as it can get overwhelming. Anytime I went there it was pretty packed and there are also lots of products to go through from hair to nail to make up to skin..., As I said a lot! If you have looots of time though you should go and go through the store. I can assure you you will find something you like or need or both!

Best spot in Paris to buy ALL components of diy beauty products, from essentiel oils to beeswax to perfumes to teeny spatulas and bottles. Always fresh, often organic, not to be missed!

My wife ordered a good amount of products from this company to be shipped to the USA. One third of the order arrived. After sending multiple emails, they still have not either shipped the rest of her order or refunded her for what they did not send, now three weeks after receiving the initial short shipment. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. Terrible customer service. Now will have to report to my bank as a fraudulent charge.

Great place for all things essential oil. Too crowded too crazy can’t even walk in really there were people and aisles right there but it’s impossible to browse leisurely. I could not even find the checkout line. Better to come when the first open in the morning perhaps. There is so much to look at and explore.
