The owner refuses to pay for loads that trucks have moved for him. he owes us over 20k in freight bills

I’ve questioned the weight of every bale of hay I’ve bought from here. I finally got curious and I bought a bale of alfalfa that was said to be 85 lbs. The price was 24. I went around the warehouse with one of the employees who picked up numerous bales and attempted to find the heaviest one. The strings were hand tied, like they had pulled a big bale apart and hand tied a bunch of flakes together. I put it on my horse scale (that I had just recalibrated) and it weighed 45 lbs. I’ve heard similar stories from multiple other people. If you’re going to buy hay here, insist on a per ton price and weigh it first.
I've been buying from American Hay for over a year and I couldn't be happier. The quality is top notch and I've only experienced top class customer service. Greg will even show you around the warehouse and let you pick out exactly what you want. The delivery service has always been highly reliable and everything is beautifully stacked in my barn. I wouldn't buy my hay and straw from anyone else!
Should be turned into the Better Business Bureau by the looks of it was told to go pick up a load out of a certain place in Montana and take it to another place in Wisconsin and I told the gentleman 3 different times before he loaded me where the load was going in Wisconsin he loaded me for a completely different place in Wisconsin the gentleman that loaded me told me told the hay broker he loaded me for a different place then he was supposed to and the hay broker at American hay company said just go ahead and deliver to the other place which is about 200 miles further I said the I would call my company cause I am sure they are going to want more money for the extra mileage on the friehgt and the guy from American friehgt got sideways what aasshat I have been driving truck over the road for thirty five years and I can see a day crooked broker a mile away should never do business with a crook like this
Do not buy anything from this guy. His help said that he charges different prices to people and that hes a scam
