Do not believe any rumors about this airline. My wife and I had a fantastic experience. We fly every year and this airline is up there. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. They do it right.

Definately one of the best airlines. Service was great.
Went there on a Tuesday, office was exceptionnaly closed. Came back on a Monday, office was \exceptionaly closed\ again ! If Airfrance wants to save money, they should definetly shut down their useless offices.

From my last experience I would say that it was complicated to have them on the phone. I booked a ticket and paid for it and few minutes after the flight has been cancelled and impossible to get another date. I'm not saying that they are bad but this experience wasn't the best so this is the only reason that I give them one star.
Clean and welcoming atmosphere, in person everything is solved much better and more efficiently than on the Internet or by phone. Too bad the line up is always so long.
Long waiting time. Went there for a refund. Waited uselessly for 2 hours there. According to the law, a refund should be processed within 14 days if a product is returned or cancelled. It's always has been more than 1 month and I am still waiting. This is illegal.
Excellent and diligent service.
