Visited this office multiple times. Outrageous lines (2.5 hrs wait), they do not honor their opening hours posted on Google and it is generally terrible service. There was one agent that was very helpful, so this star is for her - thank you Leila.

Useless arrogant French people incapable of providing any help.
Those people are so arrogant both in their offices and over the phone. What a shame for France to have such a bad public transport services. I never saw that anywhere else.

This is the worst public transportation system when the controllers charge us 35euro for NOT PUTTING PHOTOS IN THE CARD while the seller did not mention about the possible penalty for this issue. This is nonsense when we are charged even when we paid for our tickets and kept the receipt!!! Even when they want to have a penalty policy, the price should be reasonable, 35euro is not corresponding with 10euro for one-day ticket !!!!
