I recently visited Clinica do Tempo for an Orthomolecular check. This test includes checking your body for Vitamins, Minerals, toxic metals and an extensive food allergy test. The print outs show whether there is a deficiency in any vitamin and minerals, whether the levels of toxic metals are high, and a detailed list of foods that are OK to eat, not recommended or forbidden. Print out also includes what can be done if you are lacking in vitamin and minerals and have high levels of toxic metals. This test is highly recommended for everyone whether you have health issues or not as it could effect your health later in life. The results can then be used to change your diet accordingly to live a healthier lifestyle.
