The service has a lot to improve but not entirely sure if this is the actual employees fault. Someone which I believe being the supervisor re stocking some shelves while I was paying and she was bringing the employees down as “like they weren’t doing their jobs properly” from there the service went down drastically. Employees are not robots and most importantly they will treat the next customer in the same way as they are treated by their management team.

Em termos de oferta de serviço, melhorou, pois agora vendem produtos pingo doce e às vezes dá bastante jeito. No que diz respeito, ao atendimento, atenção e simpatia para com o cliente, tá do pior. Péssimo mesmo. É pena. Staff sem formação e sem cordialidade.

Boa localização e variedade de produtos que normalmente não encontramos em áreas de serviço. Pingo Doce & Go 24 aberto, mas os preços são muito mais altos que os do pingo doce. Por exemplo, com o preço de uma garrafa de água ali, no pingo doce compro um pack de 6.
