The road leading to this place is below average - rough, full of potholes, and narrow. But once you reach the gate, you'd discover that it's an awesome world on its own. It's almost like an out-of-place resort, except that it's not a resort. It's a residential place and an awesome one at that.

Best resort-condo experience.
One of the many condominiums that have sprouted up all over Metro Manila the past few years. So far, I think that this is one of the better ones. I’m not a unit owner, but my best buddy owns one and I’m over often for drinks, so this review is based both on his feedback and my personal impressions. His is a cozy 2-bedroom unit. There’s a balcony that’s rather narrow, but big enough to fit some small chairs and table, and relax in the open air. The unit is also assigned a rooftop “unit” that has piping and drainage for doing laundry. It’s enclosed in chain-link fencing so your laundry can be safely left to dry. The unit is also assigned a slot in the 2-level basement parking. There’s also a swimming pool and various other amenities that are common to all the buildings, but we haven’t tried them yet as my friend’s family has just moved in. I’ll probably update this rating and review as we discover more things about the place.
Urban oasis A low-rise, resort-type condominium in Sucat, Parañaque by DMCI Homes. Amenities are perfect whether you’re living solo or with your family. The place is pet-friendly too!
