Horrific experience with the airline, which culminated in a missing Macbook! I was flying from Catania to Paris Orly, and left my new Macbook Air in the seat pocket, and remember shortly after I exited and made my way back to try to retrieve it. I talked to 3 staff members at Orly, an attendant from Transavia, and all they could do was point me to the lost and found and told me to fill out an online form. In the following two weeks, I called again and again the airline and got no helpful response. They continuously just told me that if something was found I would be contacted. It's been now 2 months, I've received no messages and no email regarding my laptop, and I have called, emailed, tweeted, and messaged Transavia countless times. I've been unable to get in touch with a member of staff who was on my flight, and denied any further assistance other than \fill out the lost and found form\. In the one email response I got, they even got my name wrong... Absolutely horrible experience as I am a final year PhD student and this was the laptop with all of my work, which I've had to redo.

I've bought a ticket online one day in advance, the site gave me an error and didn't finish the booking process, but they took my money anyway. I contacted the service support since my money was gone and I didn't have any reserved seat (you can only do that by writing on social networks, no phone no humans).... they replied to me the next day, one hour after the plane had departed, 22 hours after I've messaged them by WhatsApp. Wow, that's a quick and efficient customer service! I also have to say that the personal at the front check-in desk is rude and impolite at the Orly Airport.

One of the best budget airline in Europe. Clean safe ,comfy and accurate. The airport is also using main airport in Paris. Not like Ryanair. Staff r super friendly and I have no complaints. Myself is a big fan of KLM. This KLM sub airline is really good.

Variable experiences : Once we waited more than 15 mn on a freezing wind outside to go in the plane. Other times were correct. Last flight, the plane was hot and we had to pay to get water.
