They have a very nice selection of furniture in the store and they have a lot of nice catalogs. I found my bedroom set in the book and they had an approximation of the sizes and looks in the showroom. I like their furniture designs because they seem in a European style with lacquer pieces and more of the contemporary designs. The salesman was very helpful in suggesting and finding the kind of designs I liked. I ordered my furniture and it took 3 weeks to ship to the warehouse which was good because I had to clean out an old room. When my furniture was ready, my room wasn’t ready yet so they kept my furniture in the warehouse for me. It took about a month to finish my room and I scheduled the delivery. It was all very easy and they were great about working with me on the delivery schedule. They had to deliver to me in Brooklyn so it took a little over a week to actually find a date that worked for both of us. They delivery guy gave me a date and time range a few days before, and the day before delivery he was able to give me a specific 2 hour window, 7am to 9am. Three guys came around 7:45am and they were fast and efficient in setting up my bedroom. I examined every piece and there were no scratches, dents or even dust on them. They looked beautiful. They also gave me suggestions on the way to place the pieces. The furniture quality looks good but It’s made in China so I can’t speak to the durability of it. Time will tell if the furniture was worth the price.

They have a nice showroom and the modern style furniture is reasonably priced. Amar was very helpful in working with us and had great follow up and customer service; he followed through on his word after some miscommunication about the product and resolved the issue at Lugano's cost. The other staff was also helpful. We drove from eastern PA to buy the furniture and are very satisfied. We will be buying more from Amar and Lugano.

The furnitures are very modern yet priced reasonably. The best of all is the sales associate, Amar, who has been on the top of all orders and delivery. Will shop more from this store and from him.
