This place is run HORRIBLY. I was having an issue scheduling my next appt in order for my prescription to be renewed and the front desk girl told me she’d call me right back because she had to speak to her supervisor. It’s been about a week and NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK. Because of this, I have been without my medication for TEN days now. COMPLETELY irresponsible to leave patients in the dark when they are depending on medication that they’ve been dependent on for FOUR YEARS. I feel horrifically sick because of the poor communication from this place. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had with them. They change your appointment times multiple times during the week before your appointment without even telling you. The doctors are alright it’s simply the office that makes this place impossible to work with. 13 year olds could run it better. Do NOT come here unless you want your medication to be withheld from you.

Everything was difficult. Scheduling an appointment. Appointment reminders and confirmations. Prescription refills. I selected this provider based on reviews, but they are out of network for my insurance. The front office said they would automatically send me a monthly invoice so I could submit for reimbursement from my insurance provider. I never received these invoices unsolicited -- always required a phone call (or two). Most recently, I called several times, wrote several emails, left several messages, and finally one of the receptionists sent me the form to Request Personal Records. (This was more than what I needed, but I decided I would get my full records and find a new provider.) According to NJ Board of Medical Examiners, the doctor has 30 days to provide my records after my written request. It's been 36 days and counting -- and every time I call the office, I get a new receptionist who starts from square one.

This place should be extremely embarrassed of how they run things. They NEVER refill my prescriptions, have left me 6 days without my medication because they “kept forgetting.” They have completely forgotten about my appointments before, despite sending confirmation texts the day before. Once I got hung up on by the horrible staff who answer the phone and they truly do not value their patience. We are dollar signs to them and it shows. Do yourself a favor and don’t even try it out.

Dr. Konrad is a warm and caring practitioner. I feel comfortable discussing any issues with her and value her advice and suggestions. The atmosphere in the office is very relaxing and the staff is pleasant.

This office is a Very cozy and comforting. The staff is friendly as well. There is little to no wait time on the days I've gone to see Dr.Konrad. I like that she's a very easy person to talk to and doesnt make me feel pressured on any subject at any level. I was recommended to this office, and now, i myself, will recommend this place and Dr. Konrad to others.
