Really nice place full of really nice helpful people. No Lycra idiots.

Small but everything you need! The staff are absolutely lovely, so helpful! Just wish there was air-con in the summer but other than that it's a great gym!
I found the staff to be rude, but the gym itself is okay
Great gym which has been recently revamped. All the staff and fellow gym goers are really friendly. Definitely worth popping by and trying out as there are plenty of classes there too.
Great little gym, friendliest gym staff you’ll find in the area and no posers taking mirror selfies
