AVOID THIS AGENCY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Did one contract with paramount and was my last! Poorly managed entire time dealing with them! Was asked to start shift earlier than stated and didn't pay me for hours worked. Failed to tell me no travel allowance paid after driving 2.5 hours there!! I've been in the hospitality industry for 30 years and this agency is a complete shambles and unprofessional..

Most useless company i have spoken to. Always took days to reply to you, never kept you informed in time, never kept you informed on days they were absent from work so it always left you wondering what is going on with you application. Thanks to that, i lost a potential job. I won't be using them anytime soon. 100% do not recommend.
