I ordered three items through their website. The invoice that shipped with my order was 100% wrong. I ordered a hat and two pieces of sparring gear. The hat listed on the invoice was the wrong color, which didn’t really matter since it didn’t ship. Both of the other items were substituted, and the price charged to me changed. When I contacted them about it, I was told that the items I ordered were only available to commercial accounts, not individuals, and that they substituted with different items so that I would at least get something. Why let me order them then? Why not a phone call or an email telling me that the items were unavailable instead of substituting items that were more expensive by 25 each? I will not be doing business with them again. Update: Against my better judgement, I ordered from them again, because I was looking for a specific item, from a specific brand, and their website was the only place I found it. Shortly after placing my order, I received a phone call from them letting me know that the particular item I purchased from their website was no longer available. The woman on the phone offered to substitute another color, but that is not what I wanted. When I asked her why so many unavailable items were listed on their website, she had no answer for me, but stated that she would pass on my concerns to the people who handle their website. At least she was pleasant, but I stand by my 1-star review.
