Chris powers has been unreliable, he has taken my deposit and never showed back up again and has not returned my money even after him not quoting the job properly then wanting more money after the agreed price. It's been a year and a half of trying to get ANYTHING back and he keeps avoiding and will not return calls or texts. Do not use powers concrete unless you want to lose a great deal of hard earned money!
