The guys were really patient with us while we were choosing our mattress and answered our numerous questions. The new mattress is awesome! I thought it may take a while for us to get used to it but it was set up to perfection, quickly and mess free. We would not hesitate to recommend Ultimate Waterbeds.

Ultimate Waterbeds provide a great product and wonderful after sales service. I bought my waterbed 3 years ago and it solved my hip joint pain. Jamie installed my bed and has moved it twice. He is, first and foremost, efficient and professional, ALWAYS. Secondly, he is polite and friendly. Possibly the best night's sleep you'll ever get. I was told 30 years ago I would possibly be in the wheelchair by the time im 50. And here I am today 2 beds later still walking and able. Ultimate waterbeds are passionate about what they do and will guide you through the whole process I have full faith in them... After Sales and service is fantastic keep up the good work
