Absolutely useless! Been closed for the whole of lockdown even when they're allowed to open whilst other businesses are fighting to be open and survive. As soon as they do open it's a complete shambles, not answering the phone and when I went into the shop was turned away as orders not being taken for nearly 2hrs. Disasterclass
