The staff amazing! They made the evening all about service and an amazing meal! We had an amazing waiter Isaiah, this young man was beyond all expectations. Isaiah could give you recommendations in any category on the menu. And this young man followed up with our table throughout the evening. I highly recommend the food and just ask for Isaiah. This was literally some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life. The prices seemed steep but the food is really high quality and it is completely reasonable. Our waiter was so helpful and rather than upselling us, spent time to help us decide what meal was what we were looking for, even pointing us towards a cheaper meal that provided more food. Everyone was so kind. The shrimp was amazing and the margaritas are loaded with alcohol. Already trying to plan a flight to Dallas just for Pappasito's
Atmosphere and food was good, pleasant and attentive server. But I don't know what all the fuss is about Pappasito's supposed to be the place to be for Tex-Mex? Had a beef fajita burrito plate and asked the server about the size of the burrito which he described as a knife & fork burrito which I liked the sound of. When the plate arrived it was beans and rice on the side with a flour tortilla wrapped around some - operative word - some beef fajita meat. Frankly I've had a better burrito at Chipotle which is saying something. My family member and I went Dutch, so I spent upwards of 30.00 on a coke and a plate with beans, rice and a tortilla wrapped around some beef. I haven't said anything negative about my experience to my family member as she really wanted to go, but I could've made it at home for a lot less...
