Five star first impression. We picked this place as we had a very generous gift card to pay some of the bill. We both got their combo plates (2 types) with second meat side and two side dishes. Super food all around. The waiter was very effective and efficient as he also doubled as bartender. There was lots of food for leftover so come hungry and/or take some home. Safe place to eat with all the virus mitigation going on. And if you get ribs/brisket be sure to get each of three sauces and try them all very good. And try to save room for dessert.

We went by to have a late lunch today and were thoroughly impressed. The food was so delicious and flavorful and our service from Nathan just topped it all off! Nathan was so knowledgeable and helpful with the menu and even brought a few samples by for us to try before ordering as this was our 1st time here. When he stopped by to check on us after our food had arrived he just beamed when we told him how impressed we were with the quality and amount of food. You can tell how much he enjoys his job and he was by far one of the best servers I have ever had. I had to buy a gift card for my mom as I was so pleased with the food and service! Cant wait to return and try some more food!!
In our family, Papa‘s Delta blues smokehouse has ascended to the best local curbside restaurant we have found. Literally dozens and dozens of restaurants for 11 months and this is without a doubt the best. We enjoyed it so much we returned again for my 49th birthday at the end of December. It was once again absolutely perfect.
This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. We had the pulled pork nachos, smoked wings and my husband had the catfish. Everything was wonderful! Nathan was our server and he was not only knowledgeable, he was very personable and engaging and he made our experience that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
It was our first time eating there and we loved it. The food portions and the flavor, are well worth the money.
