Nice restaurant in the centre of Arundel with longer opening hours, good service and friendly staff. The food was OK, but could have been better based on the reviews I was reading. We ordered the 'mafioso' pizza and a pesto lasagne, the pizza was good but was more cheese than tomato so lacked flavour. The lasagne unfortunately to say was a bit bland (needed more seasoning) and very oily, I liked the idea behind the dish but don't think it was executed as well as it could be for a special. This was only based on two dishes that we tried, but would happily go back and try the dishes that have recieved the better reviews.

Lovely meal really tasty. Pizza was yummy and the starters were good portions. Staff were really friendly from booking on the phone to waiting at the table. Good value for money as well.
We were amazed at how good the pizza, mussels and seafood platter was. Wine was good too. Go for the orange, lime and stem ginger cake, awesome.
Our first visit for a special occasion, booked as a result of looking at the website and reading the reviews. We were contacted by email,to ask to confirm the booking as it was our first visit to the restaurant. They asked us for a deposit However, once we had confirmed our booking they said they said that the deposit would not be required, as they said we were establishing a relationship!!?? Upon arrival we were shown to our table.which on reflection not adequately socially distanced ft Ron other diners. Only one member of staff was wearing a face shield. Although there were signs every where that asked you to wear a face when not seated. We found that the food was unfortunately very disappointing, and did not live up to our expectations. The mushroom starter was not portbello mushrooms, just three ordinary sized mushrooms. My mussels, were nice it was the bitterness of the wine not being reduced properly. And the lasagne dishes were bland and microwave like,with a wedgeof spinach and goats cheese stuck in the bottom of the dish. All the dishes lacked presentation. Regretfully for the cost,we were looking look left feeling disappointed.
Been there 3 times over the past 3 years and each time its been excellent
