Lovely place for picnic. It is a place away from the maddening crowd. Extremely scenic and tranquil location. It is a very windy place and can be very cold in the morning but hot when the sun appears from behind the clouds. Carry drinking water and some snacks and you will be fine. Please keep the place clean and do not litter. Take your garbage away and dispose of it at a proper location.

It's super awesome guys. A must visit place. 50 KM only from Bangalore city. One word for this place - AMAZING!!! Just wow. You will get a temple, dargah, a cave and all of above, the peak view. Within very reach from Bangalore, a place where you could find peace, silence and pure air to breathe. . Hit like if you feel the information helpful.

Best place near to Bangaloru for riding and trekking along with some caves. Even in caves u can find sparkle water (mountain water) intersting thing instead to go alone prefer groups of people or take local guide for safer side in caves

A well exciting place . Starts with Temple followed by adventurous caves with a little amount of trek . Highly recommended. If there are people around with you ...you can easily figure out in and out of caves provided u go during the day. ...A guide is not very necessary...pretty straight forward route...directions will be indicated !

Decent one or two hours Trek. Good to getaway from Bangalore. Not at all tiring or dangerous. If you would like to explore the cave, better get a local guide for about 300. We wouldn't guess that it's possible to go through some of the openings in the cave. There would be monkeys towards the starting point, however, once you climb up, you wouldn't find any at all. Took our dog together with us for the trekking and she loved it. If it's not a small dog, it would be difficult to get the dog through the caves.

One time only. Climbing mountain and one cave is there, which is difficult to enter because of sleepier stones..

Great place to have a break from busy life. Just 50-60 kms away from Bangalore. It's near kolar. Nice view, pleasant weather. Early morning around 5am is the best time to track. Very easy track. It's around 30 mins to trekking from the parking area.
