Initially this review was going to be one star BUT Courtney made sure that the one star turned into 5. Online deals aren't available in store but he went above and beyond to provide the best customer service and offered what he could for equal value. Great job turning this review around!

The people here always very friendly, even when they're super busy. We always get the \Delight\ pizza crust. They're so good.

Joanna and her whole staff are really nice. The pizza and sides served here are great. Normally, when I walk in they already know my order and they start working On it instantly. I never have to wait. I'm never disappointed with this store. I'm always greeted with a smile and I believe they do their best to please the customer.

Poor customer service. I placed an online order at 11:00 am to be picked up at 3:00pm. I arrived at 3:45 and they had no pizza and couldn’t find where I placed the order. There was no apology just a “rude demand” that I show proof. I had the proof, an email. They then proceeded to blame other employees that were not there for the mistake. Upon arriving at home I realized that 1 pizza was missing 2 of the ordered and paid for, ingredients. When I called to see if my daughter could just come by and get a corrected pizza I was told that I had to leave my home, and drive back to the store to prove that they had made an error, and that I wasn’t just trying to get a free pizza. You’ve got to be kidding me. How is this considered customer service?
