Paolos Pizzeria & Gelateria

This is by far the nicest pizza I've ever had, and that includes ones in Sorrento! I normally leave pizza crust but it's just so soft and full of flavour that you can't leave any! Highly recommend.

Wow! Working away with business I went to the streets of Mold, looking for a 'quick takeaway'.. Two years ago, whilst walking through Sorrento, I stumbled upon a back street Pizzeria, The person behind the counter didnt speak any English. After i struggled to tell him which slice of Pizza i wanted, I walked to the cliffs and found a seat overlooking the City of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.. Eating it, I never thought id have a better experience of eating Real Italian Pizza.. It was garbage compared to Paolo's.. How a little Pizzeria in Mold can make better Pizza than the Nation of Italy is beyond me, This Pizzeria is genuinely ten times better than the pizzeria i found in Sorrento.. I waited less than 8 minutes from the Walking in to walking out with a pizza.. Thats 5 minutes less than it takes to get service from my local Nando's -You hear me Nandos?? The base was soft and fresh with a light crisp to the edge, the toppings full of flavour and tender, the sauce was incredible, even the touch of basil was welcomed along side that fantastic cheese. Its insane to think, that I cannot believe I now have to holiday in Mold just to experience the true taste of Italy. But its true.. I urge everyone to Try this Pizza! Ask for a Meaty one as i did, so that they can open up another branch where I live.. Its still worth the Diesel- even if you dont live in the area! Next time im going for the 18 inch, Which looks to be near the same size as the London Eye.. I wouldnt even share it with the missus.. 6 Out of 5 Stars for bringing Italy a little closer to me..
