Excellent staff and pizza. I would highly recommend Paolo's pizza for those having a pizza night.
Ordered food over the fone for collection and was told would take 30 min, which was fine. When I arrived in shop to pick up order was met with a look of confusion and a quick check through the orders. I was then told my order would be a further 10 mins. They then proceeded to make my order Infront of me so obviously there had been some mixup. The guy making it however stopped to answer a phone halfway through, even though there was 4-5 other people there at the time. Would it not have been better to finish the order you had messed up for the customer standing waiting rather than take more orders? Finally got my order a full 45min after ordering which is rediculous. The place wasn't even that bust in the time I was in it. Got a barely audible \sorry for the wait\. Food in the end was bland and tasteless. Not worth the outrageous wait. I wouldn't recommend it and definitely won't be back there.
