I have been a fan of Paola's BodyBarre for years, it's the most intense all over body work out and each class is different which is important to me. Every exercise uses most muscles in your body, but most importantly, Abs! Paula is not only responsible for me being in the best shape of my life (post baby) but she also noticed during a Zoom class (which was busy so she must have had plenty of screens in front of her), the fact that my stomach separation had not quite closed. She subsequently trained me and showed me how to participate in classes safely as well as improving my figure and posture. I could not recommend these classes enough - the personal attention is second to none and the work out you get is killer!

PBB has the sweetest trainers that are outstandingly qualified, professional and friendly. PBB offers a genuine sense of community between the staff and the clients. I always feel my whole body worked and toned after every class, whether virtual or in person. Can't wait for the studio to open up again!
The classes in the studio are really the best in London and book early as it’s very popular, once you have been you will see why. You will have a complete body workout and all the trainers are professional with a sense of being part of the Paola’s BodyBarre Community. I regularly workout on the online platform ‘Paola’s BodyBarre At Home’, excellent value for money at only 20 per month and for me it’s perfect as my busy timetable means I now have no excuses for missing a workout so I love it.
Thoroughly enjoyable class... Love Paola’s energy and humour. Feel super today, muscles tight in all the right places Will definitely be doing more classes and recommending to my friends. Loved it!
