Don't walk run from this dealership. I purchased a very high end use automobile from this dealership from out of state. The finance guy charged me GAP insurance when I never asked for it and scoffed when I asked him to take it off. Secondly, the automobile had a valve cover gasket oil leak which is a hefty repair that should have been discovered in the initial inspection upon trade in. Thirdly, they took over a month to process my title work which caused me to have a penalty paying the taxes on the vehicle in my home state. I asked them to pay the penalty and they offered to split the difference. Pass on this dealership and the General Manager Bill Norton.

I contacted New Century through their website on a Ram I was interested in. Christian quickly reached out to me with information as well as asking important questions on what I was looking for in the truck. He was very attentive to my questions and stayed in the price range I was looking. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Due to the distance I was from the dealership, we did our negotiations through phone and email. This was a very easy and smooth process. In the end we weren’t able to come to terms on a deal, but this is one of the best experiences with a dealership and salesman I have ever had. I really get as though Christian and New Century we’re doing everything they could to earn my business. I will be contacting New Century again when it is time to look for another truck.

These Guys are awesome, Bill, the Sales Manager, and Salesman were great, I will buy from them again anytime. Also spoke with the owner briefly. Would go out of my way to do business with them again!!

Fixed my recall. Tried to pad the bill with the things I already had known what was wrong with my vehicle. AND did not use cover mats on my floor and ruined my detail job inside!!
