I have had very good service with the people at miami county.except one are medical records.twice now I have had issues .this is my only area of customer service I would give a zero if I could.other than that registration has been very people friendly.medical care is awesome.friendly staff all the way around except this one area

My wife and I are both very impressed with the level of care we received during a recent surprise stay. Dr. Jarvis in the ER is very knowledgable and hit the nail on the head with my diagnosis. After being admitted, I saw Dr. Lewis (surgeon) the following morning. My wife (who never left my side) was always included in discussions, treatment plans, and level of care. They made sure she was as comfortable as possible during my stay and showed a great amount of kindness and compassion. I was very well taken care of both before and after my surgery as was my wife. I have had other hospital stays and this is the first time I have ever experienced such a complete level of care. I highly recommend Miami County Medical Center and won't be going anywhere else if I need to go to the ER again (hoping I won't!) lol The staff in Dr. Lewis' office went above and beyond to ensure that I received the open MRCP I needed and I am very impressed with their level of care and commitment. Great job to all!! :)

I will never go to this hospital again nor will I recommend anyone going there. I was treated like I was lying about the severe pain that I am in. Strange that two different neurosurgeons 'not affiliated to Miami County Medical center' recommended surgery and Olathe ie. Miami coumty told me today that my back is fine and that I have arthritis!!!!! Sent me home in horrible pain! Please avoid this place at all costs.

I was just there this morning for elbow surgery with the great Dr. Bagby! Awsome! Nurses, recovery and Anesthesia...Sarah, Michelle, Marissa, Amanda, Jamie, Shanna and Beth were all fabulous as well! Could not have asked for better care and compassion. Very impressed. I have to admit I was skeptical at first since I had a bad experience in the ER several years ago. I gave them another chance. Glad I did. Things have really changed at this hospital and for the better! Kudos to management, Administrator and Employees for making my surgery a good experience! Keep up the good work!
