I am a proud Ilocano, the pinakbet pizza I call it a pure innovation. The place is in front of a heritage site. I was wondering the old folks were doing during the construction of the ancient church. Ilocano food menu like pinakbet, dinardaraan (dinuguan) bagnet and dinakdakan. It is nostalgic and at home in this place.

We met friends from the area here and had lunch. They have an interesting menu of western and Filipino food. Service was slow but the space is very nice with an eclectic mix of antique dining room furniture. It was cool on a hot day.
We decided to dine here to see the paoay church at night in bright lights. Unfortunately, the lights were out and it’s so damn dark. Anyway, the food was okay and the pinakbet pizza was really interesting! Another must see here were the old sewing machines that were redesigned to serve as the dining table
Been here a gazillion times already. Don’t waste your time trying to eat here during peak tourist season as lines are long and you will wait forever for your foos. BUT THE PIZZA is always consistently good. We always buy one or two whenever in Ilocos.
This restaurant is found just in front of the Paoay Church. The ambience of the place is really nice. One of the spots inside the restaurant even offers a view of the church while dining. The food also tastes great. I'm not really familiar with Ilokano food but trying the dishes I wasn't familiar with was worth it. It may be a bit pricey for some with prices ranging from 120 to 500 pesos. But the amount is already enough for 2 or more people. One of the things people come here for is the pinakbet pizza. It looks like an ordinary pizza with vegetables as toppings. You might think that it may also offer a unique taste. But the cheese somehow masks the other flavors of the vegetables. Except I think for the ampalaya whose bitterness cuts through yet still keeping the balance of flavors. The restaurant's service was good as well. The waiters, mostly students I guess, were always ready to assist you.
Unique pizza! Little bit pricey but all good. Must visit!
We have been waiting for 2 hours. 1 hour ago we almost decided to leave the restaurant. But we gave them a chance and was able to order the food. But it took 1 and half hour to wait for the food. Pizza is good. But staffs are not trained and makes faces when they took our order. For the tourist people. If you are willing to wait for the food go ahead and wait for 2 to 4 hours to serve your food.
We didn’t actually eat here but we got here early in the morning and nobody was there. We assumed it was open because the doors were unlocked and the sign said it was open. We went in and checked out the pasalubong area because we wanted to buy some treats before leaving, unfortunately nobody was there to assist us. The place looks nice though.
