Highly customer unfriendly staff. we went there on Sunday, the staff misbehaved, the manager was nonsupportive, I had to lodge complaint on their customer care (despite we being physically present as they played tactics not to give complaints register, and gave only after i lodged the complaint online). Basis online complaint, two people called on my phone from their personal mobile phones to explain and refused to give anything in writing, stating that it was Pantaloons policy not to give anything in writing. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND THEIR HIGHER OFFICIALS... Similar experience with some of my friends. DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM PANTALOONS AND STOP BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM...Total dissatisfaction, mental agony and harassment by Pantaloons.
Nice place to shop several brands under one roof
The place good for specially for girls western and traditional cloths good variety but men cloths are also available. Branded cloths as Peter England, Spykar, Monty Carlo, Levis, and other branded cloths and good variety. I will recommend to all but little bit costly because of Brand value addition.
Affordable clothing and you can get clothes and accessories for all family members and so many different brands here.
