Look I'm sure by the end of this course I might have a different feeling about this company, but right now I'm none too impressed. I signed up to do a 'learn Dutch' course, and literally everything is in Dutch... which i get. But like, \welcome: here's everything you need to know about succeeding in your course\ how the heck am i meant to know what i need to do if i can't understand it? Way to throw a girl in the deep end. Thank Google gods for Google translate... *eye roll*

NHA miss-leading tactics if you do not decide immediate, they will call you with a so-called extended period for review. But they do this by phone and not in writing. So, when you think you have additional 2 weeks to decide they sent invoice without date and there is no extended review and you are stuck with the bill. Don’t trust them they are only interested in earning money not in quality en service. 23 Sept 2020 (based on reply) Like I said that is not what has been been agreed upon with the person that offered the the course. I don't care how much you want to twist the story. As e-mailed we will not be doing business again that is for sure

horrible company. I ordered my course which first they didnt believe i paid for which I did. Then after 2 months i still dont have it while they have promised me twice it will come next week. Now I am trying to get hold of them over the phone and they never answer. DO NOT BUY Courses from them especially if you are Dutch and live in another country

How can you learn dutch if the WHOLE material is in dutch- and you call customer service telling them at least some documentation should be in English- they a acknowledge that a lot of people call to complain about that but that they will do nothing about it and that you should know a bit of dutch to get started... SCANDALOUS
