The only reason why I came inside this restaurant was to have a piece of fish. So at the entrance I’ve asked if they had that fish and they said yes. Then when we sat down and had our drinks, I ordered and they said they run out of all the pieces of fish (steak, fillet etc) anyway, moving on... I ordered a combo for 350 pesos (2 pieces of prawns, 1 squid, rice and a super sweet iced tea) ... not worth it and squid was dirty. The place wasn’t even that busy and was hard to get the staff attention.
Fantastic crab in curry sauce here! I highly recommend it.
We were here for dinner on 3rd Mar 2018. We went in coz the place was reasonably full and there was live music. However the live music was the only decent thing. We didn't like the food at all considering it was a bit pricey. We ordered jumbo prawns in butter garlic and sizzling pork tenderloin with one order of chinese fried rice and steamed rice. You pay for jumbo prawns by weight so we bought six prawns and were charged 800 pesos for it. However we received only five prawns and we noticed it a bit later. Since they served us the prawns first without any rice. So we were waiting for the rest of the order. Our server thankfully remembered our order and politely agreed to bring us our one missing prawn and it arrived after we had finished our meal. Apparently they had served our order to someone else. They didn't even apologize for the mix up. The other thing that completely put us off is we had these very sweet street kids who'd come and stand at different tables for money. Some of them were playing a ukelele and singing and it was quite a dampner since we were feeling terrible about eating a big meal while these kids were begging for coins and food. I spoke with a restaurant staff about this and she said she can't do anything about it and told us not to give them anything as that will encourage more of their friends to come in. Lastly there are cats and dogs that come and sit by your table for scraps. All in all a very poor experience.
The seafoods were relatively fresh and value-for-money! Flavour-wise can be better but it's not bad. Only thing that put me off quite a bit was the waiting time for the food. Me and my family wIted for almost an hour for our food to be served on a Thursday night (maybe they were short on staff that night?) but the live singers kind of made up for the wait as they were pretty amazing.
Ants in food, bad service and not all food delivered that was ordered. After that the manager handled the situation extremely bad.
Don't even bother coming here. We waited for over and hour for some chicken and pork and only after complaining they seemed to notice us. When it finally arrived the chicken was undercooked and the rice was cold. Portions were small, and the chicken "breast" had heaps of bones. Drinks took a long time too, we ordered two cokes, which were flat and warm and tasted funny (maybe a cheap brand, was served in a glass). Waitresses looked stressed and overworked, there wasn't enough staff and it wasn't busy when we arrived. When we went to pay, they short changed us by 300 pesos, and when asked they gave us the correct change. Don't come here if you are hungry.
Brought wrong breakfast selection not the Sweddish (sic) one I ordered. When they brought the right one the fried egg was stone cold. Clearly it was the one from the first plate they brought me. Had to ask for my fruit juice while asking for the bill. Told it was coffee or juice. I pointed out it says And on the menu. All this while i was the only customer in the place
