I will NEVER willingly eat at Panera bread again. EVER! When I entered the restaurant, the counter person asked if I had a mask. I explained that I have a medical exemption and could not wear a mask safely. The young man explained that they would serve me through the drive through or provide me with a mask.i explained that I didn’t want to eat in my truck with two small children, at which point the manager offered me free food to just go through the drive through and do curbside . I explained that I didn’t want their free food, that I wanted to eat in their dining room. I walked out and God willing, I will NEVER GO BACK. On the other hand Sweet Peppers about two blocks south of Panera requires social distancing, but no mask.

We love Panera! With two little ones, there aren't a lot of \grown up\ places that also have a good kids menu. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It's always clean and tidy! We have monthly ladies lunch there and it's a perfect spot for our group of 8-10!

Good food , I have recently signed up for the free unlimited coffee special, if u drink the hot or iced coffee at Panera Bread, you get free refills. That is a good deal! When this free unlimited coffee special is over with, it's only 8.99 a month & you get unlimited coffee with free refills (for yourself). I'm sitting here now in Panera Bread, on my second cup of Hazelnut coffee. It's a clean, relaxing atmosphere at this time, almost closing, only customer here. Nice employees, good service! I might be changing from Dunkin Donuts to Panera Bread for hot coffee.

Great quality sandwich and soup. Pick 2 half creamy tomato sandwich with half BLT. Steak and white cheese sandwich with kettle cooked chips. Yum.
