I wanted to buy at least 4 charms. It was the last shop we came to and were told we would have to book in the virtual queue and it was a 21/2 hour wait. How do you shop here if you only want to go to that one shop or you don't intend spending that amount of time on the oaks?

NOBODY answers the Phone when you are trying to call the Shop! I have tried to call at various times and for various lengths of time but no-one seems to be bothered enough to answer! Disgraceful !!!

Great staff. Had to cue due to Covid. Quick. Easy. She looked for what type of rings I liked and gave me a ring which looks very beautiful on my hand.
