The experience was a total nightmare. Complete lack of professionalism, 10 days of delay in the pickup, they left part of the shipment in Valencia when the final destination was Madrid and told us that “we can drop by to pick it up whenever we want”. Worst experience of my life with a transport company.

I recently hired Panarcos to coordinate a shipment of my personal belongings as my wife and I moved from Madrid to Washington DC. In short, the experience was a complete nightmare. Panarcos went days at a time without responding to my emails were wholly unprofessional throughout. They somehow screwed up the handoff to their American counterpart which caused a delay in customs processing and ultimately resulted in a huge increase in the overall cost of the shipment. In the end, I was forced to come out of pocket for upwards of an extra 150 dollars just to pick up my cargo here in the States. As part of my quote, there is a portion of funds collected for unforeseen cost increases. At this point, a month after the shipment was picked up and after I had to come out of pocket, they still have not refunded the excess portion. I should also note that while Panarcos was repeatedly late in responding to my emails, the folks at their American counterpart (with whom I spent multiple hours on the phone) were very helpful in facilitating documents and paying fees. After months of dealing with Panarcos, I can honestly say I have never had a worse experience as a consumer in my entire life.
