I bought a chocolate chip cake & the cake was immensely dry inside & was made out of butter cake, eventhough I expected a chocolate cake inside. When I called their manager, insted of listening to me, he blamed me for not asking further details about the cake & argued with me continuesly. Really disappointed about the customer service & I must say Fab Panadura has an extremely unprofessional manager. Firstly educated your manager about essential customer service skills. Will never ever recommend this place
