My wife and I are visiting Alaska from Oklahoma for the first time and being a pilot, what better way to explore this spectacular scenery than the front seat of a 172. A close friend recommended Pan Alaskan Aviation and I’m glad she did. I would need to write a book to say all the great things about Grant, Beth and the crew. Short story, they are professional, knowledgeable, experienced , but most of all personable. After spending the morning interacting with them, we feel as if we have gained new friends. Another new friend made was 59R. Otherwise known as ‘Silver Skylane”. I thoroughly enjoyed taking her for a tour of the mountains, glaciers and wildlife. If you ever visit the Anchorage area and want to explore by air, see them at Merrill Field. There’s one more detail, they are extremely affordable, but that’s not the reason I will use them again. They’re just good folks and will treat you right!!

I used Pan Alaska for my Flight Review and to shake the rust off after 10 years of no flying. They always had the plane gassed up and ready for me before I showed up. The planes themselves aren’t too bad and they’re in the process of upgrading them. Good people, highly recommend them if you need a plane to rent or looking for a flight review or instruction.
